Worst

Nobody likes feeling taken advantage of and I have both times I was there. They try to tack unnecessary costs every inch of the way. Would not trust them.

No Good 12/8/2010

Tried to charge me almost 400 dollars for a simple alternator replacement. outrageous. i'm a girl and i can even install one of those. It is not very complicated, I was just having it done for the convenience. Now im doing it myself. The part is only 113 dollars and it probably wont take me over 30 minutes to do the job as my alternator is very easy to access. This place is over priced and it took them almost two days to tell me what i told them, the alternators bad and needs replaced. Thanks so much mountain view. more

I have gone to Mountain Tire for breaks, oil Changes, and yes tires. They were very helpful very quick and accomodating. They have a clean waiting area and were very kind to my daughter. They put cartoons on and offered her a pen and paper while we waited. Highly recommend. more

Good service 6/1/2008

In the past year I have had a flat tire and a tire with low pressure. I had both of my kids with me when these events happened. They were able to look at my tire within an hour even though they were busy at the time. more
