Excellent Customer Service! 1/11/2012

Not only on my recent visits but on all my visits to Colony Tire of Apex, I have experienced great customer service and attention. John, the service manager, has been honest and up front with us on any service needed on my car. He has always provided us with his recommendations and expert advice always looking out for the customer's interests, even if it has not been in Colony Tire's best interests. For this reason we will continue to bring our cars back to Colony Tire of Apex and recommend them to our family and friends. more

stay away from this location 5/3/2011

Stay away from this location. I have had great service at the hwy64 store till it closed. I followed devon over to this hwy 55 location and let me tell u stay away. The manager Steve Carey is a real piece of work. No body wants to deal with him very arrogant and super rude I will not be returning to any colony store and never going to recommend anyone to a colony tire. I can't believe there isn't more reviews like this people just don't speak there mind anymore. Mr colony tire do everybody a favor and remove him from your company. I'm sure business will reflect that decision more

Do not get your car inspected here 3/30/2009

Do not take your car to Colony Tire. They failed my inspection stating that I needed new shock absorbers and that it would cost me $700 to replace them. I took the car to my mechanic, and he told me there is nothing wrong with my shock absorbers. My inspection passed with no issues. Cons: unethical more
