I have had a water pump, ball joints, pinion seal, and rear bearing replaced by this Mr. Tire. This is between two cars, a Jeep Commander and a Chrysler 300, both with 50k to 100k miles on them. They are very knowledgeable, and one of the few shops in this area that has the correct tools to do advanced suspension work like pressing in ball joints and wheel bearings. But just like any mechanic, you have to do some homework before you walk in the door. I usually double check all parts prices to online prices and also verify the work to online car forums before I have any mechanic touch my cars. If you walk into a mechanic knowing ballpark what a part costs then you can negotiate a fair price for the work being completed. All work completed by this Mr. Tire has been completed in a timely fashion and without issue. Their prices have also been fair for the complexity of jobs being completed.
