Fruad!! DIshonest!! 5/20/2011

Fraud!!! Dishonest!! Fuel leak from FPR socket. They told me my fuel rail was out of alignment and had to be replaced. So they charged me $240 total for that and I find out the old fuel rail still there. I checked the invoice and the part replaced was fuel line regulator which does not exist(what about fuel line/regulator). The part was almost 50% above GM's Retail Price, and an hour labor + diagnosis cost. 5 minutes job, 50 cents part(FPR o-ring), Clark Tire can charge you $240. Somebody is gonna get sued!!! more

I have been doing business with Clark Tire in Boone for years. The location they are at now is a lot better than there old location on 421. Pros: Great service friendly staff Cons: Not enough places like this in Boone more

poor customer service 4/9/2009

I will not be back. I had a problem with my bank card, and it was handled very rudely. I had to walk to my bank, they would not give me my car or offer a ride. This was after waiting 2 hours. Pros: tires are fine Cons: slow and rude more
