Mr Taco Mexican Food

I ordered the vegetable combo. It hit the spot! I couldn't eat it all in one sitting. I had a choice of traditional sauces and seasonings on the side. So I played with all the different flavor combinations. Delivery was on time; food was hot. I will definitely order from them again. more

We loved it! I had chicken enchilada and wife had fajitas. She told me "best she ever had"! Awesome flavor, lots of cilantro and it reminded me of a summer I spent in Mexico once. Highly recommend it. more

We were in Miami pre-cruise and wanting to have a fun dinner with our daughter and son in-law and they suggested Mr Taco. Very unassuming place but the the staff was friendly and the food was fresh, flavorful and just great. \r Everyone ordered combination plates and no one went away disappointed or hungry. I loved the steak taco that came with mine, juicy tender steak, fresh veg and a warm soft taco. The guacamole and chips were yummy as well. more

Worst Mexican food I ever had. I ordered for a delivery and they told me first off they didn't have any cheese.... At a mexican restaurant?! The enchilada had the WORST spices that were so predominant that was all you could taste! Chilli powder galore! It's inedible! The tacos were soft shells that had the worst flavors yuck! Second worst behind the enchiladas was the skirt steak which was rubbery, dry and hard. No taste. It looked like it was sitting in a car for 30 min which I'm sure it was because it took like an hour to deliver the food and I live super close. All in all. I'm NEVER GOING TO EAT THIS CRAP AGAIN! and I'm a cook who works at one of the most popular restaurants in Miami and I'm ashamed to say I ate this SH*T. Don't eat here please. U will regret it! I promise! more

This place is awesome. It is so hard to find a good Mexican restaurant in Miami. And IF you find one it is WAY to expensive. The food is awesome here and the prices are just as good. I have been following this restaurant since they opened and I'm glad they are getting the recognition that they deserve. Recently when I was there, I had the pleasure of "dinning" with Dwayne Wade and Gabrielle Union (great looking couple by the way). And they seemed to really enjoy the food as well. You need to check it out! more

I was born in Mexico city and had not eaten any original mexican food for a long time. Mr Taco has authentic tacos of chorizo, lengua and tortas just like back home. Their prices are worth to drive 6 miles from where I live. A clean place where I feel at home. I Give them 5 stars more

I'm 30 and was born and raised in L.A. california until I moved to Florida when I was 16. i tried to find decent mexican food, even traveled all the way to Homestead, but never found anything that reminded me of home. \r \r Mr. Taco is the real deal!!!!!!! They have Taco Bell prices with the best atsting Mexican food in all of South Florida and trust me I've looked, They survived over 30 years in Chicago and they have the second most mexicans next to LA, so that has to tell you something. \r \r The Quesadllas, rice and pork are must tries, these guys need to get into the food truck business, would love a Mr. Taco after a long nite of clubbing on south beach. more

Not only does this place provide customers with the two, but the quality is incomparable to any other mexican restaurant on the beach! \r \r I chose their #1 special - three items and a side of rice and beans - and I walked out feeling extremely full and satisfied! Each individual item (taco, enchilada, quesadilla, etc.) is around $2.50. The special includes three items and a side of rice and beans for a completely affordable price of $7.75. \r \r I HIGHLY recommend getting the Lengua quesadillas!!!. Its unlike any other quesadilla that you've ever had - made on fresh corn tortillas with melted cheese and all the toppings, served open face (like a taco). \r \r This place is DEFINITELY worth it! If you're ever on the beach and you're looking for an inexpensive, high-quality, meal that will fill you, this is where you need to be! more
