The experience of a lifetime. The only time I can remember contemplating leaving a restaurant before the food was served. The service was terrible and the food was mediocre. There is no such thing as the best sushi in town, I rate it as good, average and bad. Good sushi is the right proportions of rice, filling and garnish (roe, sesame, ginger, etc.), and can be found at most sushi restaurants. Average is sushi that is too large or not quite the right proportions of ingredients, and can be found in some sushi restaurants, but not many. Bad sushi is sized wrong, not using fresh ingredients, if it sat too long and the paper is soggy, The rice is over or under cooked and can be found in most grocery stores between the cold cut counter and the organic food island. Mr. Sushi is at the bottom end of the good sushi, typical ingredients and presentation. I believe it would have been good if it had not sat and congealed on the countertop. The service was the problem. What ended up being our food we spotted on the case and watched it for fifteen minuets. We had no re-fills on our drinks after they were delivered, and to top it off we had to ask a waitress for our bill and she had to find our waitress, which took ten dry minuets
Cons: Bad service
