I recently went to Mr. Subb for the first time when I was with a group of people looking to grab a late bite to eat on a Sunday night. Nothing else was open, so we went here. We ordered standard cold-cut subs, and I ordered a combo. I have never been so disappointed with my experience in a sub location.
My mixed Italian sub had a thin layer of each type of the two meats I ordered. The toppings completely overpowered the sandwich. I felt as if I was eating a tomato hero with Italian dressing, and nothing more. Besides the thin layer of meat, the size of the bread was a lot less compared to other subs of it's cost.
I will not be going back to any Mr. Subb restaurant. I felt that this place was a complete rip off. In addition to the price, it took them way to long to prepare what turned out to be a crappy sandwich.
