We like knowing that Mr. Rooter always fixes our problem right the first time. We even had a line clog up just after their warranty expired, and they still cleaned it out again at no cost. Would recommend to any of my friends or family. more

I live alone and am elderly. They fixed my sink and even offered to take my trash to the curb for me as it is hard for me to get around these days. They really cared about me. more

They found a broken water line no one else could. It was a dirty job breaking up the concrete floor to get to it but they took great care not to get my house dirty. They cleaned up after the call and even vacuumed. Great job everyone! Thank you more

My grandmother had Mr. Rooter out to fix a faucet for her. They put one in and after about a month she didn?t like it. They came out and took that one out and upgraded to a better model at no additional cost to her. She was thrilled. They were really easy to work with and really made my grandmother feel at ease. Highly recommend. more

Our technician called to tell us he was on his way and was actually early. Wow, a plumber that showed up on time. They did a really good job and our tech Dave was a true professional. more

I have not used Mr. Rooter yet but am writing this because they helped me when my battery died in a shopping mall parking lot. The manger tried to help but did not have jumper cables. He then contacted one of his techs. Soon his tech was there and they jumped started my car. I offered a token of my appreciation but they declined and wished me a good day and said they were happy that they could help. A big thank you to you guys! more

Had a technician out to clear a stoppage. They used a camera to show me what the problem was in my sewer line and gave me a price to fix it so I wouldn?t have to deal with this mess anymore. I have had other companies out before and no one ever gave me options to fix the line. I am glad Mr. Rooter gave me the whole picture. We had the line fixed and now we won?t have this problem anymore. Great job guys. more

Wished we had used them instead of throwing good money after bad with the other companies. Fixed our problem in a quick and inexpensive way. Would recommend to anyone. more
