Plumbing needs 9/19/2017

Mark was fantastic and incredibly helpful! He even drove me to go pick up the faucet and part that was needed for my toilet. All in all, it only took about an hour for him to fix my toilet and install two new faucets! I highly recommend Mark to anyone for their plumbing needs. Excellent experience! more

Jordan, the tech that came out, was truly great! He let me follow him around and explained everything he was doing and taught me quite a a few things about plumbing that I didn't know before his visit. Very professional and friendly. The girl who initially took my call was very nice as well. Very thankful someone was able to come out same day on a Saturday! Called around 10 AM and my appointment happened by noon. more

Great and Prompt service 3/5/2017

Called Mr. Rooter for a water leak around the water meter. They promptly took my call, kept me informed and dispatched a plumber to my property. The plumber gave me an estimate on the spot and arranged for repairs early next day. The Plumber came on time, explained the repair required, and promptly resolved the problem. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will use their service in the future. more

Extremely over priced. 8/26/2016

very very overpriced. 345$ to replace a 20$ part? Took less than 20 minutes and he even left his trash on the floor. He wanted another 120$ to replace a 5$ part that 'goes out all the time' (no, they don't) I worked for HD plumbing/kitchen/bath dept for 5+ years, I know my pricing. more

Great Service and Great Results 8/8/2016

I had a backed up basement bathroom Monday morning and called Mr. Rooter at 7:00 am and the problem was solved by 11:00 am that same day. Everyone was professional from Lori who answered the phone to Jordon who came and did the work. Jordon went above and beyond to make sure the job was done and we were happy. First time user but definitely will use them again and refer them to friends and neighbors. more

Within an hour, as promised, Andrew came to fix our plumbing problem. He was courteous and efficient. He found the problem right away and explained in detail what was going on and how it could happen again. I paid close attention and will never ever put wipes of any kind in the commode, even if the package says you can! more
