We were referred to Mr. Movers from a co-worker of ours that had a good experience. Ours was a good experience however it took 2 hours longer than we were quoted it would take. The movers were very nice and professional and worked very hard. We had a few items damaged in the move, which is expected, but I couldn't get Mr. Movers to return my phone calls. I discussed the concern with the owner (Jason I think) and sent him pictures of the damages, to which he said he would get back with me. I have called numerous times and left numerous messages to which, no returned phone call since July, probably 5 total messages left with no returned phone call. I honestly would have been fine taking a loss on the damages, if he/they had just called me back. My tip for Mr. Movers is to work on your correspondence when a customer calls you on multiple occasions. I wasn't an angry customer, but we paid very good money for your services.
