People were courteous and seemed like they were trained well. What I had a problem with was the fact that they say that 1st time clients loan is free. Meaning interest is free. In reality you only get the 1st week free. That's not splitting hairs. That's false advertising.But they were there when I needed them so what can yang do. It would have cost me just as much if I had gone to the loan shark on the corner. more
