Cheap Suits, worse customer service 11/5/2011

I had a really bad experience with these guys. I bought two suits from their ""boardroom"" section of the store. These are supposedly the nicest suits in the store. I wore one of the suits four times and discovered a hole in the pants. When I tried to return the suit I was told twice that the holes look like moth holes and they couldn't help me. Long story short: cheap suits and TERRIBLE customer service. In the future I'll stick with Men's Warehouse or Nordstrom. more

Great Service from Mr. Brotherson at Mr. Mac on Fort Union 9/22/2008

After reading the two previous reviews I was not excited to try this store, the first review is terrible and the second makes it sound like they cater only to people from the Church - which I am not a member of. I was forced to go since it's one of the few men's clothing stores that open at 9AM and we needed a suit FAST for my son. Pros: Mr. Randy Brotherson for courtesy. Excellent alterations made quickly - and were free. Cons: Not all the salespeople were courteous. more

Amazing, no one sells better 4/23/2006

I highly disregard what you say of this place. First of all it is a store that has been serving church goers and missionarys for a very long time. Second the deals are awsome you can find no where else the deal buy one suit for 149.99 buy the other for ONE DOLLAR! Pros: Free tailoring, Awsome help, cheap deals Cons: not many locations, none, none more

High prices and terrible customer service! 12/1/2005

I went in this clothing store mindful of buying some great men's items. I left in disgust as the men in this store would not take time to answer my questions. I was hurried and prodded to make a decision. It seems that the more I looked the more angry the men became. I have never felt so degraded. Avoid this store like the flu epidemic of 1918. If you enter this store in high spirits you will leave feeling worthless and you'll feel like you have caused great harm. Pros: None, None, None Cons: Bad service, Rude workers, High prices more
