Hired him to powerwash my house and stain my deck. His crew came and did a terrible job.. my windows and house were left dirtier and more streaked then before they did the job. Not only that, they left my back yard a complete mess and tore a HUGE hole in my grill cover. Never showed up the following day to stain my deck, only returned my call 8 hours later with first a ""story"", then an unbelievably NASTY attitude. I had about 4 people lined up to refer him, including a construction company.. but I could have done a better job with a garden hose.\r \r The only good thing out of this is that I was smart enough NOT to pay him in full and that his work speaks for itself.. several of my neighbors made comments on what a lousy job he did, nothing speaks louder than word of mouth. Pros: Appears to be a nice guy. Cons: Very NASTY, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNDEPENDABLE! more

We hired Mr. Kleen (Dave Schillings) to power wash and paint the entire exterior of our home. He also painted our kitchen and family room. We were a little nervous at first after reading a couple of negative reviews, but we gave Dave a chance as his price was reasonable and he seemed trustworthy. We are VERY glad we went with Mr. Kleen. The house came out beautiful! Dave and his workers showed up every day on time and completed the job as promised. They were neat and cleaned up each day. Dave's staff (especially Lou, who is a meticulous, high quality painter) were pleasant to deal with and really did a great job. I have received numerous compliments on the house (inside and out) and would have no problem recommending Mr. Kleen to anyone. Dave even came back after the job was finished, and hung my new trim around my front door! Service was above and beyond what was expected!!! Pros: Quality work, done in a timely manner more
