Mr. Handyman of Richmond

Work was completed on time, quickly, professionally with excellent results. Came for two jobs and did four in the same timeframe. Also, gave advice on a few other items as well that we will have done in the coming weeks. Great price for the work and a one stop shop. more

The tech was to assemble various pieces of cabinets I purchased. The last one he had to assemble was horribly manufactured, yet he turned it into a useable cabinet with no fuss or muss. Great work! more

Thank goodness we no longer have to live with all those things that drive you crazy and need to be fixed anymore! Mr. Handyman has come to our home 3 times now for a variety of services: Fixing holes in screens, installing new doors, changing door knobs, hanging a punching bag, repairing broken floor moulding, tightening stair spindles, and repairing drywall holes just to name a few. Mr. Handyman has installed seven exterior lights, executed a solution for my fence to keep my wayward dog corralled, built a wall with a door (in 1/2 a day) to enclose a garage room, AND regardless of my dozens of strange requests he always says "fine". He is so skilled, fast, very fast, a bit of a perfectionist and totally dependable. This is the perfect answer. more

I have used Mr. Handyman of Richmond for several repair jobs around my house. They recently hung some heavy lighting fixtures in my dining room. In the past, I have used them to repair a toilet, install a new garbage disposal, caulk my shower, and install a new screen door. Each time they came to my house they were on time (wow!), professional, and very courteous! Without question I will use them again for my next home repair project. Thank you Mr. Handyman! more

Had really poor experience with you guys. You estimates doubled from was quoted in the morning( after onsite inspection). Estimate it self costed me 30 minutes(~$50) for five very small jobs. ! Your model of charging customers without quoting did not save me money. Based on your pricing model I essentially have to open my pockets for you to charge as much as you can. I just though your model works because may be you are honest... and your staff is better skilled. \r \r I have been asking for my invoice since morning and I was promised I will have it today but now everyone is already gone and I am left hanging. I needed to submit my completed Punch list to my buyer so I can close on a house early next week. In this buyers market I wanted to close the deal and that is why I paid you double of what I could have found on Angie'slist just so that I could use the 15+ years of experience and integrity of your employees. I am sorry to inform you that I am not a satisfied customer. I am writing this at 4.52PM on a Friday and you guys are gone for the weekend.\r \r Pl. check all the other reviews. Excellent customer service and appreciation of what customers actually need are just two of the many things I enjoyed when using Mr. Handyman. Their patience and continued follow-up are assets and I hope they know it. I was able to have my project completed quickly and I would recommend this company to anyone.
