Mr. Handyman serving the Greater Jacksonville area was great, they did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier. After Hurricane Irma, we hired them to reconstruct the back porch along with a few other miscellaneous projects. Mr. Handyman was able to get someone out to our home who showed up on time and was very easy to get along with. The guy who worked at our home was pleasant and knowledgeable, even made sure to clean up the workspace when he was finished. This project was convenient, quick and pleasant and we would definitely use Mr. Handyman of Greater Jacksonville again. more

Mr. Handyman has been our go-to service company for quite a while now, they do so many various things making them very convenient for us. They came highly recommended from a friend. They have a very helpful staff, whether it be over the phone or on the job they make it very easy to communicate what we want and when we want it. Their servicemen are very intelligent, professional, and timely. They have helped on multiple projects and everything always comes out great. We have never had any issues with the work they have done for us. We will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone. more

The guy who came out from Mr. Handyman, I think his name was Jake, he was very pleasant. He worked long hours, had a good attitude, and did a very fine job. He re-did my bathroom. Tore out the ceiling and the walls and replaced it. He hung up a cabinet and a light over the sink. The price was very fair, especially considering that I think he worked longer than expected. I will be calling him again. I need some more work done soon. more

I like the way Mr. Handyman handles business. I hired them to remove some wallpaper and do some painting. They had a supervisor and another higher up (may have even been the owner) come by to check his work. There was a problem with the work but that wasn't the workman's fault. They did everything they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. This was my first time using their service but I would go back. The prices were a little steeper than I expected, but they were OK. more

I saw an ad in the newspaper for Mr. Handyman and decided to call them up to see if they could help me out. The office team was nice and helped me make an appointment. The handyman that came out to my home was professional and a nice guy. He fixed a privacy fence between my property and another. It looks good so I am happy with the work. The only thing I wasn't super happy about is that they charged me an arm and leg. Regardless, I would use them again. more

I called Mr. Handyman when I needed some fencing put on one side of my property. The guy who came over did a great job. The fence withstood Hurricane Irma, so I have to say it was excellent. He was professional, efficient and very competent. He was also very communicative and explained what he was doing well. He gave me some advice that saved a little time during the job, which meant that the pricing came a little under the estimate, which was awesome. Overall, they provided wonderful service, and I'm very satisfied. more

This was my first time using Mr. Handyman, I was at the Home and Garden Show at the convention center when I first heard about them. I hired them to do some drywall in my home and am very happy with the work. I am just super nitpicky about cleanliness and I knocked them back a star for leaving behind some drywall dust. I know that most people won't be bothered by that. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to others. more

My experience with Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville was absolutely fantastic! I needed some flooring to be installed and I went online to search for someone who could do it. Mr Handyman had excellent reviews, so I called them and I had a great experience on the phone. I was in California at the time, so I needed to setup everything long distance. The person on the phone was very helpful, clear, and informative. I knew after the call that I had chosen the right company. Joe, the handyman, came in to install the flooring and he wasted no time. He was very quick, efficient, and the work was done impeccably. I was very happy with how the flooring turned out. At the same time, I had a problem with getting work done on my kitchen. Joe cleared his schedule for the day and got to work on my kitchen. What started off as just a flooring installation extended to work on my kitchen. The various things he worked on were plumbing, fixing tiles, and installing appliances. He did an excellent job with the kitchen. At the same time, he kept me completely updated on what was going on and had great communication. I loved that Joe was solution-oriented. We had to go to Home Depot to get some cabinets and additional materials. I was worried about how we were going to get all the stuff into his van and back to the house. He called up his manager who brought a pick-up truck and another co-worker who brought another van. No one else would have done that and gone beyond to accommodate for my needs. When we got the stuff to the house, he immediately began working on it. He could have prolonged the the work or even tried to upsell me, but he did not. He performed all the work efficiently and quickly. The service was worth every penny. Every single part of my experience was perfect and I would absolutely recommend them. I had a great first experience and I would definitely use them again in the future. more

I recently went to Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville to have some work done on the exterior of my home, and was very satisfied with how the work from them went. The people that came out to do the work were very helpful and always did a great job of explaining things to me so I would know exactly what was going on. The work itself went quite well, the exterior of my home was left looking great. Overall I think Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville did a fine job with the work that was needed. I will definitely continue to use them when needed and I highly recommend their services. more

I needed the exterior of my home to be painted and cleaned up a bit. Mr. Handyman sent out Joe who told me that all my doors and windows needed to be caulked, he quoted me a super high price. I felt hustled so I called Mr.Handyman to get the situation straightened out. They sent out Paul, a supervisor, who said that everything Joe suggested was incorrect. Paul then recommended Gerald to come to do the original paint job I requested. Gerald was simply amazing, totally honest, and genuinely a nice person. He finished the entire job in around 7 hours, the finished work looks very clean and professional. Thanks for Mr.Handyman for fixing this situation, in the future I will only work with Gerald. He was fantastic! more

Initially the service from Mr. Handyman seemed alright, but I was told that I was to call my contractor and he would come back out and finish off the work they had done on my shower. I had a death in family so I didn't call right away and when I did contact them they said it had been too long and they would have to figure out how much to charge me. Then they never got back to me. In the meantime we've had three plumbing stoppages and some people are saying it might be due to the work Mr. Handyman did. I'm not 100% sure that's the case yet, but there were other things too. For example, the clean up was not at all spotless and they even left some of their materials behind. There were a bunch of little things that kind of added up to a bad experience. When you pay almost almost $10000 you expect better than this. more

I was to get a credit for a sheet of plywood that was not used and instead i got charged extra for it!!! more

The plumbers had to cut into sheet rock to repair the pipes and the plumbers left holes in the sheet rock, so Mr. Handyman came and repaired the holes the plumbers left. The foreman was out to see what was wrong and then the following week they came out and did a good job. I will use them again more

I think they did a really good job. I have used their services a few times in the past, but I most recently hired them to work on a project involving a rotten board along the roof line and some suspected leaks on the inside of one of the bedrooms in my home. Everything turned well! The repair technician arrived on time to the appointment I scheduled, he was friendly when we spoke, and he worked quickly to finish the project. Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received. more

I think they did a good job. I hired them to do the caulking in my bathroom, but the project ended up becoming larger than I expected, and now I have to do a full bathroom remodel. The price was a bit high, but I think they're a great resource to have. Their staff was very helpful in working with me to schedule the appointment I needed, which I really appreciated. The technician arrived on time, he was polite when speaking to me, and he was really knowledgeable about the job he was doing. I'm definitely going to recommend them to others in the future. more

The guy that came out from Mr. Handyman was great. I have used this company before and they have done several things for me. The last time I had them come and install a new drying board in my kitchen. They always do a great job and I would recommend them to friends and others. more
