Pleasantly surprised, their service was excellent. 6/19/2015

Mr. Handyman of South Lake County did a good job. The guy who came was very personable and he didn't waste time. One thing was rather expensive but they got the job done and it was well done. They helped me hang a blind, they gave me information about how to fix a broken window, he painted my garage, and he replaced my shower head. I think the service would depend on who you get, but I was pleasantly surprised. more

The right choice for every home project. 4/9/2015

I picked Mr. Handyman of South Lake County out of the Yellow Pages years ago, and haven't looked back since. I usually have a laundry list of house fix-it projects. There might be ten or fifteen items on the list, and they can be as complicated as taking apart a drain and figuring out why its clogged, or as simple as changing the lightbulbs of a chandelier. Be it complicated or easy, they have all of the equipment needed for the tasks at hand, and they work steadily through them. Sometimes I have them come in for special projects, too. I love that they're very available, and were even able to come in within the hour once when I had a crisis. Paul is great and has never had an issue with the work I've asked of him to do. They're all really nice, very professional, on time, polite, and patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone! more

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Handyman of South Lake County. Andrew was our handyman and our daughter used him previously, so I knew the good work to expect. Andrew worked with us over a two or three week period of time. He did a lot of projects around our home. He is careful, considerate and extremely good at his craft. I would recommend him. more

Outstanding service. 12/30/2014

Mr. Handyman of South Lake County provides good quality work. I started using them about two summers ago for some plumbing and electrical work, and will continue to use them in the future. They're prompt and do the job in a timely fashion. I appreciate how they don't try to drag it out to add more time to the clock. Overall, they have outstanding service, and I would highly recommend them. more

Everything was fine 12/24/2014

We had Mr. Handyman of South Lake County come to our office to fix a few minor issues were having with some dry wall and doors. He did an excellent job, and was friendly and reliable. I would recommend Mr. Handyman to anyone who needs any minor things fixed around their home and/or office! more

We've been using Mr. Handyman for a few years now and are very pleased with them. They've done a ton of things for us, including installing some bathroom cabinets, painting a wall, and more. They're always able to finish things in a timely and efficient manner. Their customer service is excellent and I would definitely recommend them. more

Neat, professional, and high quality work. 11/4/2014

I call Mr. Handyman of South Lake County whenever something needs to be fixed in our house. They have fixed things such as lights, tearing down our shed, painting our walls and patching our roof. All of those times, they were very professional, clean, and prompt. Taking down our shed was the most significant work they've done for us. The shed was 50 years old and it was slowly rotting. It took a day and a half for them to tear it down, yet they did a very good job. Now it looks like the shed was never there to begin with. They never rush with their work and the finished product is always high quality. more

Quick and thorough 10/30/2014

They did everything that I wanted them to do. We needed them to repair caulking in some of the outside windows, and I needed them to repair some of the downspouts, and I needed them to clean out and check the gutters. The guy was pretty good about trying to keep the costs down, by indicating work that doesn't need to be done or that doesn't need to be done right now. And the work was done very quickly. It was our first time using Mr. Handyman. I'd use them again! more

Mr. Handyman did an incredible job helping us with our house repairs. We appreciated the excellent attention for detail of the handyman they sent out. He was friendly, careful, and hardworking. I called Mr. Handyman, because I had a variety of small jobs to finish. A gentleman came and fixed everything quickly - he stayed on task at all times. I thought it was great that he took off or covered his shoes before coming inside. I would certainly recommend them; they are very professional and reliable. Because it is a franchise, they have a lot of people available when you need them! more

Excellent service 10/27/2014

Mr. Handyman was wonderful, and they did a great job. They adjusted the kitchen cabinets. They changed all the light bulbs and weather-stripped the doorways. They did it all in one day. I did have a problem, but they came back and fixed it. I am completely happy with the service I received. more

I would definitely recommend Mr. Handyman of South Lake County. Whenever I've used them, they've been very clean and done a good job. If they are unsure of the answer to a problem I have, they'll research the solution rather than simply declining to do the service. Can't ask for more than that! more

Satisfactory 8/7/2014

This was our first time using Mr. Handyman and we had a decent experience. They fixed a door for us and also did a painting job around a window. The technician did the painting job pretty quickly and you can see some of the old paint showing through. We expected a bit more effort for the amount we paid for the work. Otherwise, the handyman was friendly and professional. RESPONSE FROM Mr. Handyman of South Lake County: We take your comments seriously and only want to provide 5 star service. Excellent overall experience! 7/29/2014

Mr. Handyman of South Lake County is a good outfit at a good price. Our technician was on time and very friendly. We had him remove an old basketball post that had become an eyesore, along with repairing a few other minor things. He did everything we asked him to do very well. The man was very polite, professional and pleasant to deal with. We were very pleased! more
