Poorest Service in Town 7/9/2013

They had to reschedule but never called and then on the rescheduled day the electrician did not show up. Called the office to follow up they said they could not help me. Called back 15 later and they could not find the location of our technician. Horrible customer service and lack of communication plus there price was $100.00 higher than three other electricians I called to get a price quote from. To make matters worse my wife tok a day off of work to wait around for the electrician and I had to leave work early to pick up our daughter. Will not re this company to anyone ever again. more

Exceptional care 5/6/2013

I had Brandon out to replace all my outlets with current GFI's. Hew was not only plesant and couteous he was very professional. I will not only use them again I highly recommend them to any one who is in need of a great electrician. Shannon, Tucson AZ more

Great quality and customer service 4/18/2013

I would recommend Mr. Electric to anyone who needs an electrician. We had Scott as our electrician and he did an awesome job!! I only write reviews for people that impress me 100 and Scott did that from the second he arrived. In the future, my wife and I will only use Mr. Electric for our electrical needs. Thanks again more

Out of the dark in thirty minutes!!! 1/6/2013

When our entire house went dark at 7 P.M. on Saturday night, we were very fortunate to find Mr. Electric! Brad, the owner, answered with reassurance and good humor, and Scott was here to help in 30 minutes--amazing! He was equally great in attitude and expertise at that late time in the day, and had us "fixed" in an hour--huge relief! more

($340-516.47 before tax) Any work to repair the problem would be added on. I called another company that was able to come a few hours later, diagnosed and repaired the problem for $80. THAT'S a big difference! more

Mr.Electric sent us Zak, who performed all repairs very efficiently, answering all of our questions along the way. He gave honest assessments and suggestions, and was very personable as well. Excellent Service 3/24/2012

Contacting Mr.E was simple and easy. The appointment scheduled was not in the time frame, but a courteous call was made informing us the Elecrician was 20 minutes away. Service by Damian M., was excellent. He quickly asessed the problem and quickly resolved the problem. Thanks for providing your Elecrican's with shoe covers. I will recomend and use Mr. E in the future. more
