The gentlemen who cleaned the ducts, dryer vent, and furnace were efficient and polite. They explained the procedures and answered all of my questions. Window shades that are above heater vents now blow around when the heat is on, something they didn't do before. The air in the house smells cleaner than before. I was very pleased with the work that Mr. Duct did. more

Pro Work! 12/22/2011

My heat went out, so 1st thing in the AM i called these guys cause they were local. A tech was at my house in an hour. He knew what was wrong instantly, had the part in his truck, and I had heat within minutes. Was it a little pricey? Yea. But everything is procey now a days. You could probably get it done cheaper, and have to order the part, or wait for a friend...or do you want it done NOW by a Pro. I'll pay for good results everytime. I will call again for my future needs, and request the same tech who came out. Pros: null Cons: null more

Fast and Courteous Service! 10/28/2011

The Mr. Duct servicemen came to my house on time, and finished when they said they would. In today's busy world that means a lot. They were courteous and knowledgeable. They showed me just how dirty our ducts had become, and again the difference of how clean when they were finished. In a house with 5 people and pets, it's nice to know we will have cleaner air. They cleaned my dryer vent as well. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors! Lastly, I found them to be very affordable. Pros: null Cons: null more

You Will Not Be Disappointed! 7/14/2011

If you choose Mr. Duct to service your home ducts and/or dryer vent you will not be disappointed. The staff that comes to the home to do the work are very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They are thorough but affordable and when special needs/problems arise they bend over backwards to work with you. My husband and I both have allergies, but they have been so much better since having the ducts cleaned. Make sure you give them your business! They are also BBB accredited, many are not! more
