I had an emergency and the plumber came in within an hour and half and looked at the problem. He saw what the problem was and gave me an estimate of the problem. He fixed the problem, opening the toilet up, it was fast and he cleaned after himself. He told me that if I can become a member I would receive, member discounts anytime I needed the service again. I agreed and became a member with a discount on the job done the same day. I was pleased with the service and would recommend Mr. Drain Plumbing more

Cold is on the Right and hot is on The Left.....and that is about all I know about my plumbing so when both my toilets and all my drains in my house backed up I knew that I was in trouble. I turned to yelp to find a Mr. Drain plumber and based on their good ratings I dialed them up to see about scheduling an appointment. My call was answered fast and the dispatcher on the other end Sam was very friendly and helpful. I got an appointment scheduled for after 45minute. Gary arrived on time and performed the drain cleaning service on my main sewer line, and even took a video of my sewer line for me to see the condition it was in for free! I felt that Gary really went above and beyond for me just to make sure I was happy with their service. I am impressed or pleased with their service. I had some renovations in the bathroom and among other things the bath tub should had been removed. I urgently needed a plumber to disconnect the hot/cold and drain pipes and then to cap them, so I could carry on with other work. I called in the company of Mr Drain Plumbing and they came in one hour to do the work. They did it very efficiently and professionally in a short period of time, at very good price.
