Hometown Feeling 11/9/2005

Eating at Mr. Doug's is what small town living is all about. The restaurant is in a furniture store and "Mr. Doug" himself is frequently present in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and most of the patrons are "regulars" The food is all home made and very tasty. The portions are nice sized and very affordable. The only drawback is that the menu is a bit small and doesn't seem to change very often. more

One of the best restaurants around! 8/19/2005

Mr Doug's has some of the best food I've had and it's all very inexpensive compared to so many other restaurants. They have a full breakfast menu that they serve all day long. They have amazing omelets and awesome pancakes. They also make great sandwiches and salads. They have a great cod dinner and lots of other things too. My service has always been wonderful and I very rarely have to wait to be seated (maybe on a Sunday morning about 11 or 12). The staff is awesome, the food is wonderful. more
