I am french and love mes patisseries, but Mr. Bread lost his french touch when it is coming to these 2 patisseries.
The almond tart or ""amandine"", is far from what is a good and decent ""amandine"" in paris, and the ""eclair au chocolat"" is the same, an ""eclair au chocolat"" is an ""eclair au chocolat"" not an american chocolat dougnut. Pls Mr. Bread do us a favor, revise your recipes for your patisserie and you will be able to call them French again, otherwise you are just an other baker. It is not the first and will not be the last time I go to this store, i am still trying and hoping, one day.........

Cons: Do not taste French at all
