I've never done this before...actually reviewing a company on the internet. However, I am SO very disappointed in my experience with them that I want to shout it to the world: this company ripped me off!! \r

I was quoted a certain price on the phone and upon the completion of my service call (where by the way, NOTHING was fixed) the price was all of a sudden almost doubled. I had no choice but to pay their inflated fee even though they didn't repair my appliance. \r

I would like to note here that Mr. Appliance in Salinas has one good thing going for them - their receptionist. She was the only pleasant part of my experience and if she reads this, I want her to know she was professional, understanding and courteous. Her manager -- not so much. Thank you Mr. Appliance: for NOTHING!!
