Terrible Service Do not use Mr. Appliance, they must have wrote the previous review because this company charged me 526.00 to fix my stove and it does not work. I called numerous times and they never show up. Stay Away from this terrible company more

Do NOT call this company! They show up and take your $79.95 service call fee but then never come back and do the repairs, they don't return phone calls. No repair = no return (deduction of repair costs) of the $79.95. And, when they took apart the stove to diagnose, they didn't put it back together correctly. Of course, they never showed back up to fix that either!!! I've called and left messages at both Corporate and West Palm Beach office - and they haven't called back either!\r \r Save your money, call someone else! more

Very professional and unbeliveably respectful of my home. I was emailed a conformation of my appointment and when the technition arrived he actually put on shoe covers and was very courtious. He quoted me fixed price was quoted no matter how long the repair took. No Suprises I highly recommend this company. more

I live in NYC i had an tech name Sam at Mr appliance to work on my miele dishwasher he was very professional as soon as he walk in had his shoes cover and mat and knew what was wrong with my miele dishwasher as soon as he walk in, he show me how to use my dishwasher properly and he work very neat i will recommend anyone to Mr appliance in NYC because this company know what they are doing than other company out there. more
