I needed my fridge fixed and started making local calls to find someone. Most were rude and acted like they didn't care if they had my business. I called Mr. Appliance and immediately had a smile on the other end of the line. Joe Dickson showed up early the next morning. He explained what he was doing the whole time, told me how to protect my fridge when there were storms, just everything that would make my fridge be it's best. I was blown away by his customer service. I'm so glad to have an appliance business that I can trust. If you want the best service ever at a very competitive price give Joe a call with Mr. Appliance! Mr. Appliance came to fix my garbage disposal. They were very helpful and explained to me how everything would work. This was important since I did not know much about the situation. I would definitely recommend their services! Pros: Timely, Friendly, Helpful! Cons: May have to wait for parts more

Mr. Appliance arrived and fixed our refrigerator quickly. It is working great now. Only concern is that the receipt was not itemized.
