I bought a piano from Mozart House after shopping around. Theirs were the best. From what I've noticed, it is a family-owned/run business, but they get the best pianos. The reason that the customer service seemed lacking was most likely because the father and son are out servicing pianos constantly - they are very good tuners. I called to schedule an appraisal. The girl on the phone said they did, but that ""Yoshi"" was not in that day, but would call me tomorrow. Two days later, I called to follow up and the same girl claimed that she had not seen him to give him the message, but that she would give it to him later that day or next day when she saw him. Two weeks later, still no one has called me. I called a third time just to see what their excuse was this time. When I tried to refresh her memory, she claimed to have remembered me and proceeded to say that she remembered me...I wanted to buy a piano and Yoshi has not gotten around to giving me an appraisal on it yet...Obviously, she had NOT remembered me! When I told her that it was the other way around, and I was looking for an appraisal to sell, she said the same thing! How could this Yoshi-person not get around to giving me an appraisal when he hasn't even looked at it yet?! Cons: Poor customer service - They don't return calls more
