Recently I had a very bad case of stomach virus. I called Moye’s pharmacy and asked if I could fax in my prescription I got from the emergency room, telling them why I was sick. I waited to leave and took my time. When I got to the drive thru all I got was a very defensive person telling me how busy they were and that it would be 25 minutes. OK I understand its usually 1st come 1st serve, but I think common sense and courtesy should have prevailed. I had a quantifiable exception I think. All the defensiveness did was tick me off, which is easy for most folks when ill. They could easily have put me ahead of someone filling routine stuff. The chose not to and lost a customer. ON the other hand, when I went into Ingles they not only got me out in 15 minutes, I was able to restock on my Gatorade, go to the bathroom, and wait the remaining time in very comfortable chairs. I had forgotten they too had a drive thru. I will not forget that one ever again.
Cons: defensive and uncaring
