I am new to LA and read about Dr. Moy in a beauty magazine. I made an appt. and visited his office for the first time. I loved that he took his time with me and didn't make me feel rushed, like most Doctors do. He was able to diagnose my problem fairly quickly and I left feeling very confident. He also does aesthetics, laser treatments and even offers facials. I bought a couple of his skincare products and love them! The only draw-back is he's only got one location (in the south bay). I've been going to Dr. Moy for years. Most of his patients are long time patients in manhattan beach. He's one of the friendliest doctors I've been too and he gives you his undivided attention when your expressing your concerns. I'm always confident when I approach him with a possible skin cancers because he always catches it before it turns into something horrible, even deadly. At first I was scared of it hurting but he does it so fast and distracts you with great conversation it's over before you know it. So If anyone has a complaint about my Dr. Moy, its probably because They are the type of people that are never happy with anything. He's a life saver. Pros: Dr. Moy always listens and follows through to fix me. Cons: Busy schedule, but the girls in the front are very helpful. more

My appointment was for a laser treatment with a technician in Dr. Moy's office. I arrived on time. After waiting for 10 minutes, I checked with the receptionist who seemed unconcerned and told me that I would be seen in ""a couple of minutes. I sat for another 10 minutes before leaving the office. When I informed the receptionist that I was leaving she said it would ""only be a couple of minutes"" before I was seen. I told her that I'd already waited 20 minutes and was no longer interested in their services. There are 100s of dermatologists in Los Angeles and the South Bay, and there must be at least one who respects patients' time. Clearly, Dr. Moy's office does not fall into that category. more
