Ripoff warning---->while dropping a mower off for a broken transmission component repair assessment, a $60.00 "deposit" was collected. Response received 3 weeks later after the mower received a cursory look (no tear-down, disassembly, or repars were performed) Because it was deemed that repair of the mower was not feasable, the owner felt entitled to retain (steal) the $60.00 deposit. It appears to me that this company is both unprofessional and unethical, and would strongly encourage consumers to avoid the Danville Mower Zone.
