This moving company is really committed to customer service. From the minute I first spoke to them on the phone about possible service I knew that they were a good company. I had previously spoken to two other companies before them. When I asked the lady a lot of questions, she was very knowledgeable about their service, which really helped to get things going. Not like the previous company where I was put on hold on a few questions. Another thing that I liked was that the lady did not promise me anything she could not keep. She was very honest and although they were not the cheapest company out there I did feel comfortable letting them handle my move. I always go with my gut feeling about things and I was right. They did a good job. The movers were a little tired from the flight of stairs during and took a few breaks but that was understandable. I was pleased after hiring this company. more
