Excellent moving company. 9/14/2011

They were on time for the move, very accommodating, and fulfilled our every request with no hesitation. The price was reasonable, and best of all there were no hidden charges. My husband and I were very happy with the move, and we highly recommend this company more

we have used The Moving Doctor to move my family twice. Both times they did a great job. Very professional. Fast and efficient. They wrapped and taped with ease. It looked like a choreographed show! more

Had a great experience 9/14/2011

Had a great experience with them. They were on time, took care with everything I had (20 yrs of my life!) and stayed until I was happy with where everything went. Tipping-wise, best bet is somewhere bet $8-$12 an hr per person. Lower end for more movers on a longer day... Would highly recommend them!!! more

TERRIBLE MOVERS! 6/1/2011

These guys broke and badly damaged my furniture in a recent move. It was a nightmare! They showed up to deliver my things right in the middle of a holiday, with only 1 guy (how can one guy move heavy furniture by himself!) and wouldn't bring the truck up to the house. We had to rent a separate truck and download all the furniture ourselves-crazy! Many of the things in the truck weren't even wrapped to protect them. And on top of it they wouldn't pay to repair any of the damage. Just a terrible company! more

Best Moving Company for Long Island 1/21/2008
