Moving Cross Country

I used Moving Cross Country on 4/22/2013 to move my goods from NC to MD. I have nothing but outstanding things to say about them. The movers were very polite and hard working. They came and wrapped up my 2 bedroom apartment in 3 hours. I got my delivery in MD the very next day! It couldn't have gone any smoother. The rep gave me a flat binding price and so I knew my price wasn't going to change. I gave the guys a tip which they told me is not required but I thought they really deserved it. I don't want to move for a long time, but if do, I will use Moving Cross Country again. more

I called Moving Cross Country INC. in a panic; this is because the mover I scheduled for my pick up and was a no show. My pick up was right before the new year and the East coast was getting slammed with snow. I was worried that no one would be able to assist me. I was talking to one of their sales representatives for months and the reason why I didn't go with them was because they were a bit more expensive than I could afford. I needed to move a few large family heirlooms from Ct. to Co. They were thorough in their info and paperwork on pick up. On the day of the move they had a issue with one of their trucks which is why there were a little late on the pickup time, but, updated me en route as to the time change. When the foremen were at my residence for the pickup we had an additional item in Ct. the extra charge was discussed and included. In Co., a snowstorm put the delivery time off. The driver rescheduled the delivery to the next am, with no problems or additional fees. Would I use them again? Most certainly! I feel they have fair prices and are customer friendly and saved my entire relocation completely! Thanks again!! more

I had to do this move by myself, as my husband is deployed overseas. I was nervous; it was my first time making all the arrangements. I was worried about being taking advantage of, but nothing could be farther from the truth. Moving Cross Country is the best. The customer service I received was excellent, making the move much easier than I thought. The actual cost came in lower than the quote. They were on time, the movers were courteous, and everything was professionally packed and on the way before I knew it. They arrived at my new home on time, efficiently unloaded everything and made sure everything was OK before they left. I was overwhelmed by their concern for me and for my husband. I highly recommend this company. I know we will be using them again for our next move. more

I had moved several times because of my job and have had such terrible experiences with moving companies. I was so nervous about moving yet again. Thankfully I found a moving company that was honest. My sales rep was Angela and spoke to me clearly. The price she quoted me was what I had to pay and not more. Moreover, the guys came to pick up my stuff on time, and delivered my things when they had said they would. Nothing broke for the first time! And because i am so busy I had to do most of the arranging via e-mail which was not a problem for Angela. From someone who has hired other companies before, I recommend these guys for you. more
