When trying to open a new account they require everything but a blood test. They are not military friendly as they require driver license and military ID, yet you can't copy military ID's so they said sorry we can't rent to you. Gee real nice to our military. more

Terrible! 8/7/2011

I rented 2 movies here and forgot to return them. No phone call from them, no letter. Instead, they sued me for $1200! For 2 late dvds! The DA said that they do this all the time. I returned the dvds, but still had to go to court 3 times and pay a $300 fine to the Cleveland county DA. Don't ever rent here! more
