Movie Mars is the worst company to deal with, no customer service what so ever. Tried to open a case against them through Ebay and PayPal only to find out I'm blocked from doing so. They told PayPal that I have abused them. They are a bunch of crooks Stay away from them go with Best Buy and never deal with them. Also the owner is a Dr. so, I'm guessing making 77,000 extra is year and keeping the money is something he is very prone to do. more

I would never do business with this company again. I ordered a DVD and I got one that only plays in Europe. When I got in touch with the company they said it was my fault because I did not check the ""product details"". Honestly I have bought many DVD's over the years. Why would I expect a US company to sell a product only good in Europe to a guy in Michigan? They refused to exchange it. They told me I could reorder the ""correct"" version. Fat chance. These people are rip off artists and if you order from them don't say you were not warned. more

BEWARE!! MovieMars sells DVD's that do not play in the US (wrong regional coding to play in the US). When I contacted them, they said it was my fault (I actually thought that I'd get a DVD that would play in the US from a company based in NC when my shipping address is in the US -- silly me!) but that they would refund the purchase price. I returned the disc at my expense and received credit for the disc, less their shipping costs. So, MovieMars has the disc back to sell to someone else and I'm out (2) shipping charges. Unethical at the very least and I can't help wondering how much they made on the shipping charges? I will never buy from MovieMars again. Consider yourself warned!! BEWARE!! more

Movie Mars has a great selection of bebop and postbop cd's at great prices. The shipping is free and the customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend that you go online and give them a chance. I know that you will not be disappointed. Enjoy the jazz! more

Sent Fast, Good Prices 10/25/2011

Movie Mars was a great price and shipped quickly from them, I only had an issue getting it from my post office located about 10 minutes away. They shipped it on October 12 and it was received in the main post office on October 15 and I just got it on October 25! I have not viewed the movie, however plan on it soon. I ordered this for my mom. more

Great selection and very fast service. 10/4/2011

I decided to start ordering things for Christmas way ahead of time this year, and I was looking for a CD for my fiancee. I came across this store at www.moviemars. com and definitely didn't regret it. The price was great, shipping was very fast and FREE with a confirmation number, a definite plus. I ordered it on Sept. 26 and it was shipped next day, got here just 2 days later and I live across the country. Great job. more

MovieMars provides a cheaper and faster alternative to Amazon. They have a wide selection of movies and music, all fairly priced. I purchased a fairly obscure CD from them on 9/11. It was $3 less than the bigger sites. I received the CD right away. Their site is easy to navigate and nicely organized. I will definitely go back to them for more CDs. Highly recommended! more

I heart Movie Mars! 8/17/2011

What's not to like about Movie Mars? Their selection is excellent--I ordered a recently released but fairly obscure CD from them on August 9, 2011. It cost me significantly less than other online stores were charging. The shipping and tracking were free, with no minimum order. The item was mailed promptly, and arrived in suitable packaging and excellent condition. Perhaps best of all is the customer service. I once called their toll-free number, and got a live person immediately--no waiting on hold--and she was extremely helpful. Just a fine shopping experience all around. more

I purchased my first Blu-Ray movie from Movie Mars on Aug. 3, 2011, and I got a great deal. I paid about half of what some retailers were selling the same movie for. I also found their customer service to be very good and shipping is included for free! more

I Shop for CDs Nowhere Else 8/1/2011

I have shopped at Movie Mars many times - my last being 07/27/11 - and their prices are always the best and their packages arrive quickly. I shop for my CDs nowhere else, and soon I will shop for my DVDs nowhere else. Their FREE SHIPPING on anything is a huge bonus. I highly recommend Movie Mars! more

An excellent site for CDs 7/28/2011

Movie Mars has by far the best on-line prices on music CDs. Free shipping makes a purchase there even more of a bargain. Delivery is exceptionally fast, and even includes free tracking. Merchandise is well packaged in insulated wrappers. The website is attractive and easier to use. Customer service is superb. Twice I called the 800 number for information, and both times the phone was answered immediately by a human being who not only addressed my issue but also spoke English. Add to all this their generous distribution of discount coupons and a music lover simply can't go wrong doing business here. more
