Movers USA did an amazing job moving me and my husband into our new house. I personally thought everyone should know about this company! I researched a lot of great rcompanies for this move , But I was pretty confident that Movers Usa was the best choice for us. In using them, not only did they do a marvelous job, but they really did exceed my expectations. They double wrapped absolutely everything, even the small pieces and unwrapped everything. Then, they helped me set it all up in each room and place the furniture in a few different spots. The movers were so friendly the entire day. They came prepared with boxes, rolls of bubble wrap, covers for my sofa and mattress and even tape. I was grateful that I did not have to go out and buy these items. The phone scheduling was easy, and the guys were extremely professional and easy to work with - they were absolutely top-notch. The crew called me ahead of time, showed up on time, and began to work immediately. They were very flexible in accommodating my requests and made the entire process worry-free. BEWARE of this company! They use unscrupulous practices. They quote one price, get your belongings on the truck, then increase the price when you have no choice but to negotiate with them. Movers Usa' crew did an AMAZING job! They arrived early and didn't stop working until the job was completed. They were extremely mannerable and answered every request with a smile. I moved over the weekend and I had a wonderful experience. The movers arrived to my home at the designated time and ready to work. They were hardworking, professional, uniformed and highly knowledgeable in moving. I was worried about my furniture getting damaged, but they packed everything so securely that ALL my items arrived to my new home in perfect condition. The price was perfect, the sales person was willing to answer all my questions and even offered advice on packing tips! I am very happy with the service provided to me by Movers USA. I had been shopping around for quotes and Movers USA had the best price with good customer service. WHAT A JOB! I had a friend recommend Movers USA to me and I am thankful she did. The company seemed to anticipate my every need. The Sales person, Sandra, was quick to answer my questions in detail and even told me how to avoid additional charges. She took the time to explain how to pack, the additional time and even spent time taking a detailed inventory of my belongings. I felt both appreciated and taken care of which is something I did not expect from a moving company. Sandra really had my best interest at heart. The movers came to my house in the morning. They were very nice and hard working. They really knew what they were doing. They wrapped my fragile items and made sure to explain to me what was going on through each process. Movers USA is a wonderful company. I recently had to move from the East Coast to the West coast. The idea of taking everything I own and placing it in the hands of a moving company scared me. I called around for prices and found that most just told me what I wanted to hear. Movers USA wasn?t like the other companies I called. I have been burnt once by a mover. I spoke to a gentleman from Movers USA named Mark and he was very helpful during my moving experience. I am not the easiest person to deal with; especially during my most stress full times, but Mark guided my moving experience the entire way. Movers USA moved me over the weekend and WOW, they were amazing. I mean, they moved my stuff, but they moved me too! They sent the most pleasant, professional, capable and efficient and downright awesome three-man team of professionals that I've ever worked with.
