I researched a lot of good companies for this move. But I was very convinced that Movers USA was the best option for us. They not only did a spectacular job, but they truly did surpass my expectations. They double wrapped everything, even the small pieces and unwrapped everything. Then, they helped me arrange everything in each room and place the furniture in a few spots. The movers were so friendly the full day. They came ready with boxes, rolls of bubble wrap, covers for my sofa and mattress and even tape. I was appreciative that I did not have to go out and purchase these items. The whole procedure was brilliant and I have to say thank you a million times. more

The level of customer service was outstanding 9/6/2010

After looking for movers in my area for my upcoming move, I found Movers USA. I was exceedingly delighted with the level of service and knowledge from the sales staff. They assisted me with every aspect of the move from packing items, boxes, inventory and price. They were punctual, well-mannered and competent, in addition to being quite engaging and extremely professional. They packed my breakable items and belongings with paramount care and the packers were very pleasant. The truck used to move my belongings was clean and packed efficiently with my items safety in mind. The level of customer service was outstanding. I felt the movers cared about me and my belongings. The movers exceeded my expectations. I frankly felt that Movers USA had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend using Movers USA. more

Everyone, even the office staff was professional, prompt, polite and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions about packing, and they were more than happy to answer them all. This service is something most people don?t look forward to call on, but this company makes moving almost enjoyable and I wouldn?t hesitate to use them again. more

The crew of movers delivered top-notch customer service and the move went remarkably smooth. The service from the company was all-around wonderful. The way they pack fragile items is mind-blowing. I have some very fragile, very valuable pieces and they packed them with the utmost care. Normally I don?t trust anyone by myself to pack these items, but I just wasn?t able to this time around. I felt completely secure that my things would be safe as I watched the meticulous way they wrapped, packed, and boxed my things before loading them onto the truck. This is something I?m definitely going to be sharing with my friends and family and I highly recommend this company. more

There?s no one else I?d trust 9/6/2010

A friend recommended Movers USA to me after having a terrible experience with another moving company for a local move. This time my move was to be long distance from Maryland to Florida. Needless to say, I was more than a little nervous. But after my friend told me about the skill of the movers and the service from the customer service representatives, I felt sure I?d be in good hands. I took my friends advice and gave them a call. It was the best call I ever made. There?s no one else I?d trust with my belongings but Movers USA. more

Even though my move was small, they treated me with the utmost respect and treated my things as though they were the most expensive things, even though they really are not. It was great to see staff that cares about customer service. I would definitely use this company again and recommend these movers to my friends and family. more

Everyone from the office staff to the movers was so professional, even when there was a miscommunication. I was stressed out, but they were patient with me, remained calm and handled the situation in a manner that amazed me to no end. The move itself went very well too, the packing was such that everything was protected and I don?t think it could have gone any smoother. more

Best packing job EVER!! 9/2/2010

The move took a little longer than we anticipated it would, but the movers were wonderful through the entire process. The packing they did protected everything so that it arrived undamaged. In the past with previous moves I?ve always had some small damage, but I didn?t find any damage at all. I?m very impressed with their packing skills and I look forward to dealing with this company again in the future. more
