First, his phone manner was polite, which was not what I encountered with all the other moving companies. His price was very competitive and he accommodated all the special requests I was looking for. I have a home full of treasured antiques and the care and competence he and his staff showed in moving my furniture was absolutely perfect. I have since recommended him to business associates, and they wish they knew about his company sooner! I am more than happy to offer this testimonial, since it's a rare breed in the moving industry where the movers take time and effort to ensure your goods get to the other end without bumps and bruises! more

I recently moved from Brooklyn to Hawthorne CA and after reading many reviews of many moving companies, I decided on Integrity. It was absolutely the best decision I could have made. Ray came to our house and gave us a written estimate. On moving day, the truck arrived promptly at 7:30am. Despite many hassles from the building we were leaving and the building we were moving into, the guys were friendly, efficient and hard-working. They worked non-stop until we were settled into our new home. There was no damage to any of our possessions and best of all, the price was exactly what we had been told even though the job took longer than expected. We couldn't have chosen a better moving company. The name Movers in Hawthorne certainly fits them. more

Great service from these guys. I've moved many times and with this move, I can't say one bad thing about the company and their performance. My move wasn't a big one, but I've seen how other movers treat your belongings. I will recommend them to all of my friends. more

I was really happy with Movers In Hawthorne on my move a few weeks back. the salesman chris went over everything in terms that i understood instead of moving mumbo jumbo and even called me after the move to see how the movers did and thats when he asked me to post my opinion of his company on this website. I definately recommend americas moving services for a moving quote and they did awesome for my move. I will send alot of business their way when I find out other folks that I know are moving. more

This company did the best work for me. I moved through them and I told them I needed my furniture within 4 days at the most and they at first passed on my move because they could not guarantee it that it would be 4 days or less and told me that the companies that were guaranteeing that they could do it in 4 days or less were lying and to have them put it in hand writing and sign it and also write what they would do if they did not meet those terms and he was right, not 1 of the companies that promised me they could do it even responded. I decided at the end of the day to go with Movers In Hawthorne in the hopes they could deliver me within my 4 day timeframe. They showed up in the afternoon and the 2 men derrick and mike and they were great and told me that they were picking my stuff up and going straight through to Texas and I would have my stuff delivered in 2 days!! They did in fact show up at my new apartment in texas 2 days later at around 6pm and unloaded and were finished by 9:30 and everything turned out great. I would recommend this company to everybody including my former roommate who will be using them when she moves from Las Vegas to California at the end of December. The guys were incredible throughout the entire move. Move was scheduled for december 16th or 17th and they came in the afternoon on the 17th and packed everything up in roughly 4 hours and delivered everything yesterday morning without any damages or problems. Our price changed by $320 because our weight was over and they even invited us to see the truck being weighed which we declined because the weigh stations were over 50 miles away. great job and we would recommend this company. more

I chose Movers In Hawthorne because of the reviews on the web. This being my first move, I was nervous about pricing and getting scammed, but everything from the receptionist to the movers to the owner was very helpful. Here's my particular story: I moved this past Sunday. My original appointment was for 10am, but because four movers called in sick, Planet had to reschedule to around 2pm. Initially, I was pretty annoyed by this because I had planned on going in to work that afternoon, but things happen, and I was impressed with the way Movers In Hawthorne handled what would have otherwise been a disaster. The owner personally called and offered to do the move for half the rate because of the long reschedule and the added uncertainty it added to my move. He got in contact with the movers and updated me as things progressed to assure me that they were coming. The movers themselves seemed like really nice guys and worked quickly once they were able to get to my place. It took a little more than two hours for them to take down one bedroom's worth of stuff from a fourth-story walkup to a fifth-story walk up. I chose the two guys and one van option. Overall, it was a very good experience and I will definitely hire Movers In Hawthorne again. The mark of a good honest business is not that everything has to go perfect all the time, but that the business treats you fairly when the unexpected happens. more

I had to relocate from my home to NY. I had a lot of stuff and being a smart man, I shopped around for moving help. My research showed that in the Boston metro area, Movers In Hawthorne had the best fleet and service. So I decided to give the guys a call for a quote. Most of the movers I've previously called asked for a sum close to, or little above a grand. However, Movers In Hawthorne only asked me for ~800$ right off the bat. So the glorious day came, the movers were extremely courteous and very fluent in English. They wouldn't let me even help them carry a box! Their work ethic is very close to spectacular. I've used other moving companies before, but this one definitely stands out. I had a glass table and two precious family vases that needed some extra attention. The movers dealt with that issue professionally. They put these items in a special designated compartment (must be a new thing??) and they arrived in Ozone Park untouched! Thanks to these guys my relocation was like a breeze.... Too bad they're based in Mass. and not in N.Y.C... If I'm to move again, I would definitely try to contact them and see if they can help me out. more
