Movers And Removers

I love these guys, talkin about professional, they exceeded my expectations i've moved various times through my teenage years and ten or more being an adult, and i've never got this good of service!!! I got a great price professional service the whole nine yards. I was so happy with their services i literally ran to the atm to tip these guys. I tipped them 100 a piece, i know it sounds like a lot but when you get the service i got it's worth it 100 percent!!!!!!! I would recommend them to the world i gave there number to everybody they just moved two of my aunts and my mother they also was amazed with their service my mom keeps going on and on about how great these guys were. They came in a 24 foot truck had a clean truck all the guys were clean and respectful they took no breaks and worked 6 hours straight they really surprised me on how strong they were because i didn't expect them to be able to lift what they did i have a giant marble table when in the pass it took four or more guys to lift these guys lifted it with two guys only and treated it like it was theirs. I couldn't ask for better service they will always get my business i gave there card to everybody at the school i go to and also at the hospital i work at and the dentist office my mother works at. Try this company i mean they will blow you away with how great they are. I read the other review doesn't sound like these guys guess there is some people you just can't please. BUt, all honesty these guys are great i wouldn't take time out my busy day if this wasn't true. Hope you use them!!!!!!!!!! more

Honest Woman... Movers and Removers is the most unprofessional business I ever encounter please do not patronize this business!!! I spoken to the owner on numerous of occasion before the move to give him an oppurtunity to make sure I had professional movers Russel misled me into believing that his business was professional. I ask him for 4 men I lived in a 3 floor townhome he told me he would have three men he gave me two movers one guy was a driver he told me his job was to stay on the truck and stack the furniture he stood around talking about how one of the movers was out all night doing drugs and how horrible of a person his co- worker was they had only one wrench which means if one was taking something apart the other stood around doing nothing. I went with this company because the owner Russell lied to me by saying they can take down my pool table and put it together for addtl. 100.00 the movers arrived at my home at 10:00 am they immediately told me that this job was too much for them I called russell to send more help he told me he would three men came for like 15mins and left by 12:30 the one mover was still taking the pool table apart therefore nothing else was being done in all this time because they only had one wrench I called Russell and told him my concerns he replied they only send out one wrench per truck prior to this russell assured me it would only take 4 hrs and that he was sending me 3 men. With one wrench that was not factual information with only two men. He instructed the worker to stop taking the pool table down he was sending someone out extra to take it down at that point its 1:00 pm they have been at my home for 3 hrs and yet to take down beds etc... the truck was not big enough to accomodate my furniture my furniture was damaged because of this they left my pool table with screws all over the floor they arrived at my new location at 3:00pm they didnt complete the job till 7:00 pm 9 hrs ive move 3 times with the same furniture it has NEVER in the history of me moving has taken more than 4 hours I have expensive Broyhill furniture that was damaged I had to pay someone to come out on Monday to finish taking down my pool table this company was professionals they told me the mover had taken some of the pieces that was needed had to pay addiotional for missing hardware and had to pay additional because I had to turn my keys in on friday so I had to pay 75.00 for each day past friday it cost me additional 495.00 for storage for three days and the movers to move the pool table I have pictures of the damages to my furniture pictures of how they left my pool table with screws all over the floor Email me for any pictures you need please Im an honest person Im being honest about everything im writing I have not yet heard from the owner about my pool table after he promise he was sending someone out within an hour of the time the guy stopped. The guys argued the whole time with each other about who wasnt doing there part who was out all night doing drugs if I can be honest all three of them looked pretty bad I was concern that they could possibly had bed bugs on the truck thats how bad the appearance was I literally cried I was left in this situation where it was too late for me to call someone else please this moving company is a scam the truck didnt have a name on it or anything Russell should not be able to sleep at night for what he put me through I blame it all on him I was very clear I needed professional movers I had expensive furniture and I needed someone who could handle this job I didnt get that service from him or his workers..... more

Movers and Removers was set to come to my house on 04/16/2011 at 9:00 a.m. He called me at 8:30 that morning and said that he would be there sometime between 9 and 10 that he had to gas up his truck. Well, 10:15 rolls around and I call him, said he would be there soon. 1030, lets me know that there truck is broke down, I ask him to finally send another truck. Gee what an idea? He finally shows up at 11, 2 hours late. Informs me he doesnt have the keys to his own truck and cannot move my stuff until someone can drop off a key to the back of the truck. But offers to move my washer and dryer for free until the keys arrive. Finally, were almost moved, until they leave a few things at the house that I asked them to grab, had to do it myself. After a week of being in the house, I have noticed that most of my artwork has been damaged, frames have been cracked and scatched. This is the best part, we agreed on 60/ hour. They started at 11:20 a.m. and stopped at 1:30 p.m. They requested 150.00 check, I'm no genius but that doesnt add up. They overcharged about 25 dollars. And made no compensation about being 2 hours late or the fact that I was 1 hour late to my nieces first birthday. I would say if you want to have movers, pay 2 men and a truck or All my Sons and pay the extra amount. The service I had with these people was so terrible. I would NEVER refer them to ANYONE. more
