Perfect neighborhood gym 11/28/2005

This gym is a perfect place for those who work or live in the area. The equipment is great, the staff is nice and the classes are very well instructed. The price is best when you sign up for a yearly contract, but they offer other package deals as well. Check out the massage services, the prices are very competitive. PROS: Great equipment, variety of other services CONS: A little small more

I have to admit, this is not the fanciest place, but it has everything you need for a good workout! The place is clean, and they staff takes care of you. They have great trainers. And they seem to really know how to use the machins insted of just letting you figure it out for yourself! more

Fitness First is clean, safe and affordable. The equipment is top-notch. You'll find lots of machines so you won't be waiting around for your turn. You'll also find ammenities like towels, etc. There's a pool, classes, aerobic and anaerobic gym equipment. Most people are average and wear appropriate clothing so you won't feel intimidated by the other patrons. Everyone is there for one reason ~ exercise! You can call ahead and get guest passes if you're a member or you can ask for a free trial membership. The prices are reasonable for all the equipment, benefits, and the long hours of the gym. more

A great place if its close to home. Basic equipment but everything you need to get the job done. Plenty of parking, nice staff and always clean. They run great deals sometimes and always offer trial periods. more
