I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at MVFP! Dr. Lee Saindon and Dr. Hudson have been kind and attentive to both my husband and me. I have even recommended this practice to my family. more

Yes, I agree that the people at the front desk are a disgrace to this clinic !\r I was over there last Friday just to pick up my perscription from the day before that had not been called in and i was treated like a criminal and actually said if i didn't leave that she would call the police ! there was a man there that was harassing me and being very agressive and loud and she didn't say a thing to him. I felt like calling the law on him myself and wish i had !\r I haven't made my mind up on just what steps i will take on all of this, but for sure i will be going to another doctor. I like Dr. Brunson, but nothing is worth going through this kind of treatment ! I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this medical clinic . Zero rating from me ! more

I have been a patient here for many years and am leaving and taking my whole family as I go. I kept thinking the staff would become more professional or more organized and it never happened. We have been wrongly billed and it took over a year to clear it up. we have been double inoculated because the files were incorrect..even after my insistence the shots had been administered the time before..and then they billed me for the double shots and that was never cleared up. Fay Mathis was the manager and was possibly the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. The doctors are good but the front office is an abomination to medicine. There are too many good practices to take your chance on this one. more

My first time visiting Dr. Podet was aweful! He rushed through the exam. He constantly looked at his watch, interrupted me when I started to ask questions about the concerns I had, then ended my visit with, ""Well, do you have anymore, I do have another appointment."" I have been to Dr. Hudson several times and he takes his time and makes sure every problem is met.. He is a wonderful Doctor. I currently have been seeing NP Oonagh Nicodeon, she is so caring and real. Her nurse Ms. Wanda is God sent. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. I know whatever my needs are they are truly concerned and they work extremely hard to make sure all my needs are met. I highly recommend Dr. Hudson and Oonagh Nicodeon and my angel Nurse Wanda. Pros: They make you feel like family and care so much more

Every time I go to Mountain View I try to pay the total amount so that their will be no bills to pay later. The woman behind the counter swore on three occasions that I was paid in full before leaving. I made sure and asked her to promise me that we were clear. However, every time I go a weeks later I receive an extraneous bill. When I refuse to pay it goes to collections. When I spoke to them about it they are rude, defensive, and try to lay the blame on me. I'm not playing this game anymore. I don't recommend Mountain View Family Practice. All of the people who work in the front of the office are mean, anti-social, and very unhelpful. I am in the office often for monthy prescription pick-ups, along with other appointments, and I have NEVER gotten a smile from a single one of them. I have heard from several other patients that agree that they make you feel like you bother them when you come to the front desk. The same goes for any phone calls; they are very consescending over the phone and make me feel like I'm wasting their time. I have heard them talk about TRYING to AVOID setting up appointments at all costs, when I thought that was the point of a doctor's receptionist?!?! There have been at least two times when I stand in front of them at the window for literally more than 5 minutes and they don't even acknowledge me. A simple ""please hold on one second"" would be nice. The front desk staff is so unfriendly that they have made me consider switching from this otherwise lovely doctor's office many times. The doctors and the staff in the back of the office are wonderful, but almost not worth enduring the horrible front staff. Pros: Caring doctors Cons: horrible reception staff more

When my pediatrician denied an appointment, Mountain View openend their arms.\r \r My daughter was suffering from a fever and body aches, due to a work meeting I did not get on time to her pediatricians office and was denied to be seen that day. I went to Mountain View because they are my doctors, they did everyhting possible to squeeze me in. I was very grateful, not many doctors do that these days. \r \r The staff is very friendly and the doctors very amiable.\r more
