First, my wedding started a half hour late because the wedding before us was still in session when we arrived. When we finally did get inside, the woman told my family to put their cameras away. Some of my family (thankfully) did not listen, and she shot a dirty look at anyone she saw taking a photo during the ceremony. They were suppose to provide directions from the chapel to the reception for my guests, but they did not. I had to personally write and hand out directions to my guests after my husband and I finished taking pictures outside. Once we got to the reception, the DJ, who I sent my music requests to three weeks prior, only played three or four songs off my list. The music he chose to play was garbage I was almost embarrassed to have playing at my reception. Then, as my guests finished their first plate of a buffet style meal, the servers began packing it up, and nobody was able to get a second serving of food. I paid over $30 a head for food, and many of my guests left hungry. The cake was set up right in front of the room's return vent AND thermostat, so all pictures of us cutting our cake have that mess in the back round. I brought in tons of fresh flowers, yet only saw a few around my cake. I was really disappointed with how my guests and I were rushed and treated. Then, to top it all off, after my album was ready, the lady told me I would have to pay an extra $200.00 to get copies of my photos for my personal reproduction, or I could pay their astronomically high prices to order individual enlarged copies through them. There were only 5 or 6 six pictures I thought were of professional quality, the rest looked like the regular snapshots my family snapped. Every photos from the actual ceremony looked dark and grainy.
