Mountain Shadows Condominiums

We do many things for many people and we are very pleased to be members of this community. The vast majority of residents are happy and any disgruntled resident, I am quite certain, would be disgruntled anywhere. My husband and I are now in our 6th year here and we care about the residents in our building. We help all of the residents during business hours as well as after hours, especially in the event of an emergency. Inevitably, there are issues that arise in a building of this size. Any complaints we receive are addressed promptly and to the satisfaction of the residents. \r \r \r \r more

I live in the building as well. First of all it is clear a few of these comments are by renters and they should ask to have their windows replaced and also remember they do live in a city. Second the management is great in my opinion and while they have a 1.5 lunch they also work 9-6 so longer than the usual 9-5. Third this mindriot guy clearly has something going on as I am a guy and still creeped out by his comment about all the ""pretty young girls"". Peep holes? I'm guessing this guy uses them often. Oh and finally, get a sense of humor mindriot, the male manager is clearly joking when refering to the southern women thing. All in all great place to live but I'm not here to argue that point just give my thoughts on all the complainers! more

I agree with the Big Brother/Bad review of this place. It is not a wonderful place to live. I've never seen anyone be ""unruly"" but I have seen the longtime residents complain about younger residents doing their laundry when the elderly residents wanted to do theirs, and get this...I've seen them complain about ""strangers in uniforms in the building"" - these people in uniform were actual residents, and this upset them!!! They also complained about company vehicles in the parking lot - these vehicles belonged to the residents ""in uniform"" and you guessed it...this upsets them! more

Mountain Shadows is a wonderful place to live - it is walking distance from the Cherry Creek Mall and lots of bars, restaurants and parks. The building management enforces the rules and regulations which keeps everyone safe and thankfully keeps the unruly residents in check. more

If you move to mountain shadows, get ready to be monitored just like if you were on the show Big Brother. The elderly neighbors literally stand at their doors and spy on you through their peepholes looking for anything to complain about to management. Management also spies on you continuously with their cameras. Management and elderly residents also gossip about you freely and will complain about ANYTHING! (i.e you do laundry too frequently, you get up too early for work, your vehicle is not nice enough to park in their lot) more
