My advice is do not use them. The sales staff is nice and their price is good but you get what you pay for! My experience with them is extensive. I have worked with a client in Seattle who worked with MM for many months. Their Seattle drivers were nice and Brandon who was in charge was great. The problem was and is on the other end. We hired them to move her across country. We had a tight schedule and thought they had worked with us in a way that would meet this schedule. I flew to the east coast to help my client receive and unpack. When we checked in to see if our delivery was on schedule the girl at the desk was clueless and said something had happened and our delivery and it was a week delayed! A week delayed and I can not be here as we scheduled my flight home before the items are now arriving. This has cost my client not only a great deal of money but a toll on her health. The gal we spoke with said she would call back on several occasions and never did, we called her. I had to call our sales guy and he had no idea what had happened. Once we found out what had happened, the driver had been injured, which was sad but no one called us to tell us! We could have rearranged my trip back east. The communication is terrible and I am not even sure I believe their story . I have worked in many customer service positions and making sure a client is happy is tops, these guys have done nothing to help, nothing to make good on their mistake. I was hoping at least they could reimburse my client for my airfare since I was not able to perform the job she flew me out here to do. So in conclusion I recommend you find another mover, one who communicates company wide and with their contracted moving companies and one who is willing to bend over backwards to make things right...Mountain Moving is not that comapny. One other thing, my client shipped some items to her son in New York and he received the items minus one, yup missing item, gone, never to be found. Do you want to ship your prized possesions and have them not show up at the other end? Hope you get my point or you might just be very sorry. \r
