Mountain Motors is the best. Over the past 13 years my family has purchased 5 different vehicles from this company, and now my kids are purchasing their first cars there. They stand behind their cars with a 2 year guarantee. The staff is wonderful. I hope this dealer stays in Frederick for years to come. more

Everyone at the dealership greeted me with a smile and was eager to help me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. That night I left in a great new used car and couldn?t be happier. I?ve been buying from Mountain Motors now for 6 years. They warrant all of their vehicles for 2 years/24,000 miles, which is a great warranty for a used car. I have decent credit and I refuse to use any other dealership to purchase a car. I?ve had nothing but great experiences from Mountain Motors. I highly recommend. Thanks. more

Very professional and a pretty funny guy and he knows everything about Frederick. Might be weird to say this about a car dealer but as soon as I walked in, felt like I was in someone?s home. We purchased a used vehicle from Mountain Motors 20 months ago. Unfortunately the motor started to make a noise that sounded like a cam issue. We returned to Mountain Motors and they determined the engine was not repairable. They replaced the motor free of charge....zero out of the pocket cost. They have a used car warranty of 24 months or 24,000 miles. We plan to purchase our next vehicle for another one of our kids in the next few months and will go through Mountain Motors. Their repair shop behind the dealership is Aspen Motors and everyone was extremely courteous and professional. We also have a suburban that has the GM lemon 5.3 Vortec that blew up after only 115,000 miles. Aspen ordered a Jasper motor for our vehicle and replaced the original motor. The car now runs better then when purchased new 4 years ago. more

Rip Off From Hell!!! 6/9/2013

The first question asked me how I would rate this business, what a joke! The customer service was terrible and those I tried to get information and help from were rude to me. I am a consumer and made my payments. \r \r When my van broke for the fifth or sixth time for the same issue, I took it in to be repaired yet again. It appears they do not fix the issues but jury rigged them for only a short period of time.\r \r They ended up keeping my van and kept my personal items that were in it not to mention when I asked where my tags were to turn them in to the MV they told me to check the local landfill. \r \r So this is how they treat consumers? As a senior citizen and a consumer willing to put my trust in this company I would have hoped they would have at least treated me with some respect but that never happened there. more

Over the past 13 years my family has purchased 5 different vehicles from this company and now my kids are purchasing there first car there. they stand behind their cars with a 2 year guarantee. the staff is wonderful. the only thing I can figure is the bad reviews are from people who dont make there payments or dont do normal maintenance on there cars. do you expect a company not to reposses your car you if dont pay. again the problem with our country now, everyone thinks there owed something. pay your bills stop complaining and be glad there are repuable dealers to do business with see for yourself www.mountainmotors.net I hope this dealer stays in frederick for years to come more

Sucide - Buy From Mountain Motors 11/11/2010

I also bought a death trap from Mountain Motors. I ask many questions about the vehicle and the sales person knew exactly how to answer just to please me. Yep, paid them almost 10K in less than 2 years for a piece of junk that started having problems within the 1st month. I kept taking it to them and they just kept putting another band aid on the vehicle and the reason that I can say this is that the month after I paid them off it appeared that I needed brakes and took it to a responsible place of business only to find that there were many band aids from the start. I had statements from 3 licensed shops that we could of lost the entire front end of the vehicle for starters and not even the MVA licenses division wanted to hear it. It also appeared that about every attorney in Frederick was in Bruce Jetts pocket. It has been almost 4 years now that I had to put $4000.00 into the van to properly fix it and it has now been sitting for one year due to electrical problems and also has more

Very rude Staff. If the owners wife would stay out of the bussiness it may help. Cars are junk . You can send in a payment and they are on the phone to you every day asking where it is until they get it. If you should happen to fall behind which you may because their payments are crazy . They come and repo your car and two days later send you notice that they are going to take it. more

terrible experience. they "inspected" the car and within a month i had over $1000 in repairs to do on the car along with a $350/month car payment. they are also VERY rude. more

Want a lemon 11/12/2008

They sell cars that they get from auctions. Their warranties are limited and short. They take advantage of people who don't have a perfect credit score. more
