This business cost us hundreds of dollars. After a months-long wait for our fireplace (and after going to the police), we received the wrong model. However, we kept it because we knew we'd never get a refund from the owner. We refused to allow him to install it (based on our experience and what we have read on EVERY website that provides reviews) and paid someone else to do it. So, while we had already paid for the fireplace and installation, we gladly paid additional money to have someone else install it. more

Dishonest. Stay away 4/15/2012

The positive review must have been written by the owner. I feared we would lose our money. We got the runaround constantly regarding the status of the fireplace arrival, delivery, and installation. Every appointment was missed without a phone call. We called and left messages, went to the store, and sent emails. Eventually, the fireplace was delivered. However, installation was bungled and the runaround began again. The business moved TWICE during our saga. I think it is out of business now. This business deserves zero stars. more
