PLEASE Don't take your Mercedes to this dealership. I have owned Mercedes for 15 years + and have NEVER experienced such incompetence. This place actually has a reputation for how bad it is amongst the local towers and car service industry folk of the area; the complaints always seem to be the same. They're completely unresponsive- getting them to call you back about anything is nothing short of miraculous. I can only assume that they make their money selling new cars and therein have no need to behave like a proper service dealership- and if that is the case, they should get out of that business. \r
My car had to be towed to a Mercedes dealership for repairs which I wasn't aware were needed, having been overseas for work for quite some time. I had the car towed by Mercedes Customer Service to this dealership as it was the closest one to where my vehichle was at the time; instructions were clear on my contact information as I don't live in the area. After many, many, many calls and voicemails going unanswered I became very concerned and had a friend at another Mercedes dealership call to try and find out what was happening with my car. My mate was informed that my car had been towed OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP AND MARKED ABANDONED within 30 days of it's having arrived to that dealership. NONE Of the work which was necessary (and authorized) had been done, and instead I now had a 1400 bill to contend with or else my car was officially to become the property of someone else completely (a salvage yard, i think). All this because in the end, I found out that NO ONE in that dealership knew how to dial a number outside of 570. So to begin with, they are unresponsive and flat our incompetent, and on top of that, they're too stupid to dial a phone number. Stay far, far away.\r
