I had a $19.99 coupon for an inspection--battery, brakes, etc. It turned out I needed a new battery. Between the time I gave verbal permission for the battery replacement and the time the car was ready, 15 minutes had lapsed. When I asked my service provider if I would be charged the full hour for labor she said no. I was shocked when I latter looked at the bill and saw that I had been charged $ 43 dollars over the standard rate of labor which is 45. Had the dealership charged me for a half hour of labor I would not complain. I take no issue with the sales adviser--she was great.
