Over the last 10 years our family has purchased 6 cars from Motor Cars. The quality of the vehicles has always been excellent and very reliable. The service is great. Kristen is extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. She always follows up to discuss any necessary repairs before they are made. There are never any 'suprises' at the end of our service bill. Took my car to this place to get a oil plan leak fixed and got charged $1,146. Turns out it was something else. Got the car back after they noted what else needed fixing and scheduled another appointment to fix the recommendations. To fix the control arm, and Radiator cost $2,120. the 2nd day I had the car back after a week of work, the radiator started leaking coolant and was steaming. Was told to tow car back to get checked out and get a loaner. Mind you the car I had brought to get serviced that cost $3,266 was a BMW 2001 530I. These fools give me a 1988 Mercedes Benz 260 with 271,00 miles as a loaner. Bulshit! Just want my car fixed and I'll never return back. This place looks good on the outside, but they have horrible service men. BeWare!!! more

I went to their lot looking for a fuel efficient, affordable, reliable, and safe vehicle. I started looking at the VW and other vehicles thinking I couldn't afford a Mercades or BMW. The sales staff was friendly and honest, and was able to get me out of my gas guzzling vehicle and into a safe and affordable Mercades Benz... at the same car payments!! I have had no problems with the vehicle and have since gone back and traded in my husband vehicle for an Audi. I have and will always recommend this dealership to family and friends. more

I bought a car from Motor Cars when they first opened on Pleasant St. I was pleased with the service, and I love my car. Ever since, I have brought that car and my other vehicle to them for regular maintenance and repairs. I am more than pleased with the quality of service and have found many other long term customers that feel the same. It's not just trusting them with my car, but with my children as I use that car to transport them! Over the years, I feel that we have developed a relationship of unprecedented trust and security. I could not bring my vehicle elsewhere. more

I recently got a car from Motor Cars. I found the sales staff honest and professional. My used car was fully serviced by their award winning service department, all in all a great experience. more

I bought a used VW GTI, They said they checked everything out and serviced the car. Right after the warranty expired the Check Engine light came on. They said the vacuum hoses were rotted and charged me $500 to change them. That should have been noticed by them before they sold the car when they said they checked everything. And $500 for hoses? 3,000 miles after buying the car, I went to have the oil changed at another shop. They told me that whoever changed the oil last had stripped out the threads on the drain plug. Motorcars was the last one to change the oil. I would not go back to Motorcars for service. They are too expensive and they are not thorough or truthful. I would not buy a car from them again. more
