It's so nice thats business is soo good that you can afford to turn away customers because they don't have the right scooter. Lucky for me I found a place by my job that services ALL MAKES AND MODELS. I'll be sharing this ""tip"" on any website that will let me post. more

I have been doing business with Motocity for nearly four years and it?s now to the point where it?s the only place I go to for all my off-road needs. I don?t even shop online any more with their great pricing and on time delivery. They have a huge inventory of factory replacement and hard parts. I often ask for advice and it is always given freely. Most importantly, they put forth great effort in supporting the off-road community. more

Received competitive prices on a new KTM motorcycle and parts. Honest and really support the sport. Sponsors many motorcycle events and participates in keeping trails open. more

Moto City is the best offroad motorsport dealer in town. They have the best customer service and are extremely knowledgeable. I have bought 2 KTM's from them over the last couple of years and have them also service my bikes. GREAT company and will continue to do buisness with them. more

I've been going to MotoCity for years and buying motorcycles, parts, accessories, and I've always had a positive experience. Great customer service, fair prices and large inventory have made me a loyal customer. My guess is that Steepleface's own personal actions had just a little to do with his experience. In other words you get what you give. more

Seriously, this is what the general manager said to me, and I quote! ""criticism is generally duly noted and ignored and frankly I have yet to have an intelligent, well written, complaint come across my desk."" So if you're not completely satisfied(and say so), you are considered unintelligent, illiterate, and you are ignored. Wow guys, way to make an impression. FAIL!! more
