I Love the New concept of Motel 6 is unique especially Motel 6 Dickson, we received excellent service, big spacious room with modern vanities flooring looks good, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend people who travel on I 40 must stay at exit 172 at Motel 6 ask for rooms by Shell Gas station and up stairs these rooms looks like will be done with complete renovation, friendly and courteous staff. more

I find new rooms best TV programing also unusual to have 3 premium channels HBO, MAX & SHO very powerful internet signal, new tubs great Micro/Fridge more

My husband and I have stayed at this motel twice now and have enjoyed the quietness of traffic,friendly staff, clean rooms and feeling safe...We will be staying here more due to we are new to the area and are seeking a place to live..The lady at the front desk is so pleasant to deal with. The rooms are updated and nice size..We've had no problems at all here. .Thank you more

I'm not sure if all Motel 6 hotels are going to this look but this one was really pretty. We will definitely stay here again. Great night's sleep at a great price. The location was also very convenient, anything you could possibly need was right in the area. Also, very close to I-40 more

I have stayed in new room: they have changed completely with hardwood flooring, new vanity, newfurniture and best thing is 32"" LCD Tv in the furniture is unique setup very nice Motel 6 with Blue (Big Sea) wall on the back with booth and all nicely to wall mounted. \r Must visit and check their newly remodeled rooms more

this was my perfect and most memorable stay. The Motel was Clean and spacious. The check inn was fast and friendly staff. The lobby was great. When I arrived in my room, I was very proud on my selection. The room was Clean and Spacious. The Beds were Comfortable and had Clean Bedsheet. I had good sleep. The Pool was superb and Motel has good amenities like, Accessible Rooms,Free Expanded Cable,Free Local Calls,Free Morning Coffee,Coin Laundry, TV Free Microfridges, Free Wi-Fi high-speed internet.... I really recommend this Motel to everyone. This is my choice of Motel. more

I was traveling with my husband and 5 month old son. It was 7 am and check isn't until 2pm, however we were allowed to check in at 7 with no extra charge. It was a beautiful room, very modern decoration, I LOVED the wall color. It came with a large flat screen TV, fridge and microwave. There was pretty wood flooring, the beds were comfy. Very clean, smelled nice. We had people in rooms next door, but never heard a thing. I would definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone else passing through. Great price for service and rooms very comparable with rooms at much higher priced motels. more

We attempted to check in and were told that they only had $125 jacuzzi rooms. Called the 800# and were able to reserve a $41 room. Went back and the owners again tried to raise the rate. Were going to try and charge a pet fee for a pet friendly chain. Told us that our dog had torn up carpet before, although we have never checked in with a dog. The last time we stayed was over a year ago, and without a pet. The only reason they denied us a room is because we are travelers, and showed up with backpacks. The area is over run with bums around the motel, so they tried to make like we were local bums who have tore up there already crappy rooms. We have stayed at Motel 6 locations cross country, and this is the first time we have ever ran into such dishonest rude owners. We ended up across the street at the Super 8, and I'm glad we are here. The rooms here are much nicer. Thanks for nothing Motel 6 Dickson. You have horrible business practices. more

Small hotel 11/9/2005

They offer a caf on the premises with good country food. They are a small motel and the rooms arent luxury suites but will do if you just need a place to rest. They seem more geared toward truckers. The staff however is friendly and welcoming. Dont expect the usually luxuries found in large chains or room service. more
