If I could give negative five stars I would. Moss motors treats their customers horribly and they could care less about you after your warranty is up. Do not buy tires from them...

I would not purchase my vehicles anywhere but Moss because of the treatment Ive recieved over the years. They have a great service and saled department and also, theve added a few additions to make sure, after a certain period after tyhe purchase that, the customers gets a call.... Lease Nightmare 1/4/2010

I leased a 2007 CLS 3 years ago, 39month 45,000 mile lease. Once I received my contract in the mail I discovered Moss had typed 39,000 miles. This contract had already been sent to Mercedes. Moss sent me a letter stating they would pay for any excess mileage over the amount of the contract, that I would be responsible for anything over the 45,000. When it came time to turn in my car. The car had 41,622 miles. I get this letter from Mercedes showing I owed $655.00 for excess mileage. This was on Nov. 23, 2009. I have been waiting on a check from Moss for over a Month. They have promised me that a check will be sent. Everytime I call they have an excuse. Most resent is that a check request has been made. The finance manager nor the sales manager wil return my calls. They must really be in a fianancial bind. I would be very leary of dealing with this dealership. I will not deal with them in the future. more

"SPECIAL" FINANCING 3/1/2008

Let me start by saying that the one star is being overly generous. I would give no stars, but Yahoo! requires at least 1. Let me start w/ their "special" financing department (notice the emphasis on "special") w/ a special person in their dept. who sends out his little flyer w/ his picture on it (you know who you are). I fill out the special financing application online, and yes, I got a call back. I told this person that I would have the down payment by a certain date and wanted to schedule a time to meet with this person to see if I could approved for a vehicle. This person NEVER scheduled a time with me. So when the date came to contact this person again, I did, and guess what, he was with a customer and would call me back. This was on 2/29/08 at around 11:45 am. As of 3/2/08, I have yet to get a call back. Thanks Moss Is Boss, I'm taking my business across the river to Baton Rouge. I'm more than positive that they have real professional over there than can do something as mundane more

Will never buy a car there again 2/18/2007

Sales department is unprofessional; service department is unprofessional; I have no idea how Moss received the BBB bureau award. If Moss would spend more time drilling in professional courtesy than money on advertisements, perhaps it could be at least acceptable. more

Service problems 2/7/2007

I purchased a new 2006 ML350 Mercedes last year from Moss Motors. It has had ongoing problems. The service dept. has not been very professional in handling them. The third problem, which I consider to be major, is a transmission problem which I have tried to get serviced since the first week in January. I have yet to see any results to correct the problem. They say that Mercedes sent them parts that do not correct the problem. Then they were sent a CD disc that does not work to correct it. Now they are telling me they were sent another disc that perhaps will fix the problem. Since I purchased this vehicle, I have purchased an additional car for my daughter but chose to purchase elsewhere. Until Moss gets their service department in check, I would never recommend them to anyone. more

Moss Motors has been around for years . Their sales and service are second to none. Sharon Moss has established and searches for the best sales people . They will work with you to find the best deal for you . They also make good on their promises. For a Honda or BMW this is the place. more
